Open Task Scheduler:Press Win + S, type Task Scheduler, and open the application.
Create a New Task:In the Task Scheduler, select Create Task from the Actions menu.
Configure General Settings:Under the General tab: Name the task, e.g., PortierVisionAutoImport.Optionally, add a description to clarify the purpose.Configure security options suitable for your environment.
Define the Trigger:Switch to the Triggers tab and click New.Specify when the task should run (e.g., at system startup or a specific time).
Add the Action:Go to the Actions tab and click New.Choose Start a Program as the action.Provide the path to the executable: C:\Program Files\portier\vision4\PortierVision_PDI.exe (adjust based on your installation path).In the Add arguments (optional) field, enter AUTOSTART.
Configure Additional Settings:Set up additional options and credentials, especially if the task must run while the user is logged out.
For streamlined key management:
Request external contractors (e.g., cleaning or maintenance firms) to send potential keyholder data in advance, in the correct format.
This ensures all information is pre-loaded in portier®VISION when issuing keys.
